After a busy day at the Sight, Sharookh and I thought we would reward ourselves with a nice cold Guinness at the Cambridge Arms in Battersea. Little did I know until I went to the gents that I would find graffiti on the wall that would rather sum up my attitude to life in general, I’m going to share it with you and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Great quote!
Re: the Guinness: I thought all Europeans drank beer at room temperature and that cold beer was an "American" thing, no?
"Allways look on the bright side" was the often repeated mantra of my Mother from her destitute life in the '30's until her death = CBT = Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
as it might be termed these days. I guess 'annoyance' arising from CBT is akin to challenging one's routine? Well worth the effort as you propose.
I really appreciate your post and you explain each and every point very well. Thanks for sharing this information. And I’ll
love to read your next post too.
